To use the Health Check you may need to provide access to your Zendesk instance. By doing so, you confirm you're authorised to give that access.

5. Paid services and Cairn

Where you buy a service from us, including through Cairn, the following applies.

  • Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payment is taken through Stripe. By paying, you authorise the charge.

  • We'll provide the service as described at the point of purchase. For Cairn, that's an automated configuration of your Zendesk to a substantial degree, followed by an implementation call and a training call.

You're responsible for giving us accurate information and the access we need to deliver the service. We're not responsible for delays or problems caused by inaccurate information or access we weren't given.

6. Bookings

When you book a call with us, you agree to give accurate details. We may need to rearrange a booking from time to time, and we'll give you as much notice as we can if we do.

7. Intellectual property

The content on our website, including text, design, graphics, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and use it for your own information. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it for any other purpose without our written permission.
